We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with fluent English skills to build a bridge between candidates and the company, focusing on continuous improvements and people skills.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- At least 5 years of experience in Recruiting
- Completed higher education
- Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation
- Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture to participate in process optimization
- Country-specific knowledge
- Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g. in the HR 3-pilar-model)
- Expertise working with SuccessFactors, MS Office and ServiceNow would be beneficial
- Experience in Pharmaceutical company is a benefit
