Working within the Technology, HR and Payroll business in CIO Group Business Units, the Senior Scrum Master plays an important role in the development and maintenance of technical solutions and ensures that the detailed design and operations are fit for purpose.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the HR domain, in modules including – Payroll, Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Absence, T&L and Benefits.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira and ServiceNow.
  • Passionate about quality design, coding standards and good documentation.
  • Experience in working with Agile and persistent teams will be highly valued.
  • Have a can-do mindset, passionate to learn and continuously improve.
  • Knowledge of Mobile technologies will be an advantage.
  • General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
