Senior Scrum Master (HR/ Payroll Platform)

Join Westpac as a Senior Scrum Master and work in the Technology, HR and Payroll business. You will play an important role in the development and maintenance of technical solutions, primarily supporting the Human Capital Management transformation program with Oracle Cloud and Oracle e Business Suite.

Requirements

• Experience working in the HR domain, in modules including – Payroll, Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Absence, T&L and Benefits
• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira and ServiceNow
• Passionate about quality design, coding standards and good documentation
• Experience in working with Agile and persistent teams will be highly valued
• Have a can-do mindset, passionate to learn and continuously improve
• Knowledge of Mobile technologies will be an advantage
• General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying
