TriNet is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to implement, enhance, and manage security practices across the enterprise. The role involves overseeing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and processes, ensuring secure access to systems and data. TriNet focuses on providing human resources solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, emphasizing innovation and customer success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an IAM engineering role
- Strong understanding of IAM domain, including Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Microsoft Defender for Identity, and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and regulations (SOX, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
