Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a first-line/second-line service desk role.
  • Knowledge of user technology, Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications, business applications, print systems, and the basics of cybersecurity.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
