We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and be able to lead initiatives to improve performance and security of the platform.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration
- Expertise in JavaScript scripting, including GlideScript and business scripts
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools via REST/SOAP API and automation tools like Ansible or Jenkins
- Mastery of ServiceNow workflows, including workflow design and optimization
- Experience in managing version updates, including planning and executing updates and patches, and managing associated problems
- ServiceNow certification (Administration, ITSM, or other)
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
