We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support and enhance a client’s ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on hands-on expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and optimization, with a focus on automation, integrations, and solutions. Responsibilities include administering, configuring, and maintaining the platform, collaborating with teams, developing workflows, and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement platform enhancements.
  • Develop and deploy workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
  • Lead and support projects involving automation, Virtual Agent, integrations, and emerging ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Monitor platform health, perform upgrades, patching, and ensure compliance with ITSM/ITIL best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training.

Requirements Summary
