Steampunk is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator/Business Analyst to support one of our federal customers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who enjoys applying the latest technology to modernize enterprise IT delivery and risk management.
Requirements
- Supports Service Now team to design and mature CMDB, ITSM, and other modules by organizing and applying updated policy and workflows.
- Drives development of business process into Service Now applications to create self service catalog improvements.
- Translates requirements and develops fully functional features by working closely with the team lead and stakeholders.
