Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring ServiceNow in a large enterprise environment.
- Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM).
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration and integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and security model.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
