GovCIO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support their USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. The role will involve guiding ITSM strategy, developing ServiceNow applications, and providing support to remote teams. It requires a strong understanding of ITIL and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
- Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
- Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
- Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc
- An understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
- US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance
- Strong communication skills
- Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance
