We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our IT team. The role will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support testing efforts including test case creation, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new features.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in IT/Business Admin. 5+ years ServiceNow experience. Strong analytical & communication skills
