ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and deliver interactive software demonstrations for its ServiceNow CSM product. This role involves understanding platform architecture, troubleshooting issues, providing guidance to sales teams, and ensuring demo effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its CSM modules and integration methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in software development
- Mandatory ServiceNow certifications (CI, CSM, etc.)
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools (Scripting, HTML, CSS, Glide API)
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow platform, especially Customer Service Management (CSM) modules
