The National Bank of Belgium is seeking a Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant to help maintain and improve their ServiceNow software infrastructure. The role focuses on discovering and adapting data patterns, reviewing the data model, and creating value cases for ITOM events. The consultant will also be responsible for user support and expanding the use of ServiceNow across the bank.
Requirements
- Advanced authentication methods (JEA, gMSA, NMAP...)
- ServiceNow - CMDB knowledge
- ServiceNow - Discovery
- ServiceNow - Discovery Data Patterns understanding and customization
- ServiceNow - Global platform usage
- ServiceNow - IntegrationHub / IRE and CMDB 360 multisource
- Intermediate to advanced experience
Requirements Summary
Intermediate experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery is required. Advanced authentication methods (JEA, gMSA, NMAP...) are preferred
