Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant - Service Mapping

The National Bank of Belgium is seeking a Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant to join its IT infrastructure team. This role involves the operation and maintenance of the ServiceNow software, including ITSM and ITOM modules. The consultant will propose and implement technical services to improve the Bank's ServiceNow platform and identify potential limitations in existing service mapping processes.

Requirements

• Meet the different teams working on the IT infrastructure and understand what CIs they are responsible for and how they are managing them
• Review the existing Data and Service models in ServiceNow and correct them according to CSDM and ServiceNow best practice.
• Provide solutions to known constraints related to service mapping implementation.
• Create value case / analysis for ITOM event management.
• Maintain or develop new functionalities based on a needs analysis to which you will have contributed.
• Maintain or develop integrations with other components of the Bank's infrastructure.
• Provide user support, give some trainings/demo's, and support the expansion of the use of the ServiceNow platform within the Bank.
• Fluent in English.
