We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Configuration Manager with development skills to manage and configure the ServiceNow platform, translating business requirements into innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration and development, with a focus on ITSM and at least one other module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), configuration, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Implementation Specialist certifications are highly desirable.
