We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior ServiceNow Configuration Manager with development skills to manage and configure the ServiceNow platform while leveraging analytical expertise to address complex business challenges.
Requirements
- Seniority in Integration experience / Integration hub
- Experience in IT and Business stakeholder management as well as skilled to translate requirements to out-of-the-box functionality
- Long experience with ServiceNow in general across several modules
- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow application as a whole with experience also but not limited to Self-service portal, catalog items, order guides
- Knowledgeable in IRM module (Integrated Risk Management – IRM)
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Implementation Specialist certifications are highly desirable
- Familiarity with ITIL, SCRUM and SAFe processes, certifications are a bonus (e.g., ITIL Foundation)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques to support business insights
