We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to support the implementation and integration of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, Integrations, CMDB, and more. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a technical consulting role.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or similar certification is a plus.
