The role requires IT degree or relevant education, ServiceNow certifications, and proven experience in high-quality ServiceNow development and solution design.
Requirements
- IT degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for ITSM
- At least one additional ServiceNow product CIS certification
- ServiceNow sales & presales accreditation in 2+ product lines
- Proven experience with high-quality ServiceNow development, build documentation, and solution design
- Hands-on technical skills in HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and Integrations (web services, SOAP, etc.)
- Experience delivering projects across multiple ServiceNow product lines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
