Senior ServiceNow Developer

HealthPartners is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to develop and customize ServiceNow to fit business needs. The position requires experience in ServiceNow development, ITIL principles, and Agile development methodologies. The developer will also provide mentorship to junior team members and play a key role in shaping best practices and the overall architecture of the platform.

Requirements

• Four (4) years of experience in ServiceNow development or in a related field such as.NET, C++, SQL, or HP Service Management.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Hardware Asset Management, Vulnerability Management, Enterprise Asset Management, or Integrated Risk Management.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
• Proficient with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideRecord, etc.).
• Proficient with ServiceNow workflows, rules, business rules, policies, and integrations.
• Proficient with relational databases.
• Excellent written and oral communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with ITIL framework and ITSM concepts.
• Problem-solving, math, and analytical skills.
• Experience mentoring and supporting team members.
• Business analyst skills.
