Senior ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow is a global market leader in AI-enhanced cloud platform, connecting people, systems, and processes to empower organizations. This role involves designing and building state-of-the-art applications and visualizations, providing guidance to business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality deliverables to meet business needs. The role focuses on developing and implementing generative AI solutions and classical AI/ML for various projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall experience with application development on ServiceNow platform
• Excellent understanding of ServiceNow Business Service Management Solutions, Platform, Administration, Customizations and Scripting
• In-depth understanding of workspace development, service portal, application development, and related customizations.
• Technical command on AngularJS 1.5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS/CSS3, HTML5, XML/JSON, Rest Services and conversational with AngularJS 2+, React and charting library such as HighChart and D3JS
• Sound programming fundamentals with at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in coding, scripting, debugging
• Design, develop and implement generative AI and classical AI/ML solutions
• Research and evaluate new generative AI technologies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them to technical requirements and solutions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-directed and independent
