Senior ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow is seeking a passionate storyteller and a strong problem solver to work with customers on demo development, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. The role focuses on showcasing the platform's benefits and impact, specifically leveraging AI-powered tools and techniques. This is part of the DemoHub team within the Demo service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of experience in AI driven ServiceNow platform development, administration, scripting, and outbound product management roles.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Mandatory Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
