We are looking for Senior ServiceNow Developers with 7-8 years of experience to join our team for multiple roles. These positions require deep functional expertise in ServiceNow, with a focus on configuring and customizing various ServiceNow modules.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
- Proven experience in delivering functional solutions in ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data management
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, UI Scripts, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and other automation tools
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, reporting, and dashboarding
- Understanding of ITIL processes, particularly in ITSM, ITAM, and related modules
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a global team
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing issues and opportunities for improvement
