This role is a Senior ServiceNow Developer responsible for delivering and rolling out new functionality across the Core ServiceNow platform. The developer will collaborate with the Technical Specialist, liaising with third-party vendors and driving platform adoption, focusing on ITSM, Customer Service Management, and Data Access projects. The position offers a chance to work on impactful projects and contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in developing the ServiceNow platform
  • Hands-on implementation experience in at least one of the following areas: ITSM, Customer Service Management, Integrated Risk Management, Predictive Intelligence/Task Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent and NLU
  • Experience with developing/customizing Workspaces
  • Good knowledge of platform best practices, table structures, security rules, and client/server-side scripting
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow Glide classes, AJAX, and XML
  • Experience in Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap)
  • System integration experience using inbound and outbound web services (REST, SOAP)
  • Effective communicator at all levels of the business
  • Proven capabilities in managing enterprise level platforms
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
