This role is a Senior ServiceNow Developer responsible for delivering and rolling out new functionality across the Core ServiceNow platform. The developer will collaborate with the Technical Specialist, liaising with third-party vendors and driving platform adoption, focusing on ITSM, Customer Service Management, and Data Access projects. Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in developing the ServiceNow platform
- Hands-on implementation experience in at least one of the following areas: ITSM, Customer Service Management, Integrated Risk Management, Predictive Intelligence/Task Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent and NLU
- Experience with developing/customizing Workspaces
- Good knowledge of platform best practices, table structures, security rules, and client/server-side scripting
- Knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow Glide classes, AJAX, and XML
- Experience in Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap)
- System integration experience using inbound and outbound web services (REST, SOAP)
- Effective communicator at all levels of the business
- Proven capabilities in managing enterprise level platforms
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
