This role involves business development, staff mentoring, performance management, and continuous improvement in a technology-driven environment. The position requires experience with ServiceNow Partner ecosystems and understanding of platform management.

Requirements

  • Lead sales and pre-sales work in Service Now
  • In-depth knowledge of Service Now Partner ecosystem, licensing models, and platform management
  • Design and develop large service now solutions
  • Lead offshore team in ITM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, Sec Ops modules

Requirements Summary
