Senior ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow Developer provides tool or process solutioning recommendations to customer, configures and develops on the VAs instance of ServiceNow, and participates in Continual Service Improvement activities.

Requirements

• Develop test scripts and plans
• Handle a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Work on an agile team
• 7+ years of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances
• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
• Experience in a Managed Services environment
• Working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL
• Experience designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation
• Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow
• Demonstrated experience assisting with ServiceNow configuration and deployment
• Effective collaboration with other engineers remotely
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
