Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to provide tool or process solutioning recommendations, configure and develop on the VA's instance of ServiceNow, and participate in Continual Service Improvement activities.

Requirements

• Experience developing test scripts and plans
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Experience working on an agile team
• LDAP/Active Directory knowledge
• Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances
• Familiarity with LAN rev or a comparable lifecycle management platform
• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
• Experience in a Managed Services environment
• Working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL
• Experience designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation
• Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow
• Demonstrated experience assisting with ServiceNow configuration and deployment
• Ability to effectively collaborate with other engineers remotely
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
