Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of demonstrated IT Experience
• 7+ Years of ServiceNow experience
• Experience with developing complex, custom ServiceNow applications
• Experience with complex workflows, integrations, and scripting
• Experience with automation of various ServiceNow components
• Experience with the ServiceNow SPM module
• JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS
• Technical documentation experience
• Agile Development experiences
• Project Management experience
• ITIL V3 (minimum)
• One of the three certs below: ServiceNow Certified Admin, ServiceNow Certified Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
