Provides tool or process solutioning recommendations to customer, configures and develops on the VAs instance of ServiceNow, and collaborates with other teammates.
Requirements
- Experience developing test scripts and plans
- Experience working on an agile team
- LDAP/Active Directory knowledge
- Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
- Experience in a Managed Services environment
- Working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL
- Experience designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation
- Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
