Devoteam is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their teams and help clients improve their digital transformation. The role involves the full life cycle of projects, from requirements analysis to production launch and ongoing support. Devoteam is a leading cloud, cybersecurity, and data firm, and is expanding in EMEA, focusing on nearshore to French, European, and Middle Eastern clients.
Requirements
- Design, develop and configure applications and workflows on ServiceNow.
- Implement, customize, and integrate ServiceNow's key modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC).
- Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).
- Participate in integration with third-party tools (API, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
- Respect ServiceNow development best practices (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the platform and technological monitoring.

Requirements Summary
