Devoteam is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves the entire lifecycle of projects, from needs analysis to production and support, and requires a combination of technical expertise, training, and continuous improvement. The company aims to grow and expand its reach in the cloud, cybersecurity and data space.

Requirements

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows
  • Implement, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC)
  • Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes)
  • Participate in integrations with third-party tools
  • Respect the best ServiceNow development practices
  • Train and coach internal teams and users
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)
  • Solid integration skills (REST, SOAP, API)
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum mode
  • Analytical skills, autonomy and a 'solution provider' mentality
  • ITIL Foundation v4
