We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our teams and participate in the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and configure applications and workflows on ServiceNow.
- Implement, personalize, and integrate the main ServiceNow modules: IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).
- Participate in integrations with third-party tools (API, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
- Respect ServiceNow development best practices (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer).
- Contribute to continuous platform improvement and ensure technological vigilance.
- Train and support internal teams and key users.
