Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to develop, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with various teams to implement workflows, develop custom applications, and integrate third-party systems.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years’ experience or Master’s degree and 10 years’ experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 16 years’ experience
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and APIs
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- At least one of the following ServiceNow Certifications: ITSM, ITOM, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
