BlackRock is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, VP, to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions. The role involves understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and overseeing implementation. Collaboration with architects is key, and ensuring ServiceNow best practices, integration, and value tracking is required. The position also supports operational tasks, testing, documentation, and provides guidance to development teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-centric support role, preferably in IT services.
- A detailed understanding of the user / business function, work process and key business outputs.
- Experience of development life cycle methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative to identify the work required and either organizing, facilitating or performing the work.
