GovCIO is seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow and Enterprise Tools Support Specialist to support their USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. This role involves managing ServiceNow and enterprise IT tools, supporting mission-critical systems, and collaborating with internal teams. The position requires Tier II/III support, system integration, and optimization, based in Washington, DC.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
  • Proficient in one or more enterprise monitoring or endpoint management tools (e.g., Splunk, SCCM, Tanium, AppDynamics).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • US citizenship required for Top Secret Clearance.
  • Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance.
