Requirements
- Solid knowledge of ITIL-based Event and Incident Management
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Service-oriented thinking and practical action
- Experience with requirements management and implementation of monitoring solutions
- Analytical thinking and ability to proactive problem solving
- Communication skills in a matrix organization and team work
- Very good German and English skills in written and spoken form
