We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Expert to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will have several years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration and administration
- Deep knowledge of ITSM and CSM ServiceNow modules
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and experience with ServiceNow platform components
- Experience designing and maintaining integrations with external systems and services
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience working in agile environments and a solid understanding of ITIL frameworks is desirable
