Requirements
- Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's or Integrated Master's) in areas of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science or similar experience in the Information Systems area;
- Technical knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS;
- Experience in Standards for integration with other systems (e.g., JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP);
- Experience and mastery of project management using the Agile and Scrum methodologies;
- More than 5 (five) years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development projects;
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferential);
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 2 of the following domains: ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferential);
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferential);
