Join Deloitte's international Tech Hub as a ServiceNow Technical Lead and advance your career in complex transformation projects. Contribute to the design and development of project support documentation and intervene in technical support for national and international clients.

Requirements

  • Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's or Integrated Master's) in areas of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science or similar experience in the Information Systems area;
  • Technical knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS;
  • Experience in Standards for integration with other systems (e.g., JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP);
  • Experience and mastery of project management using the Agile and Scrum methodologies;
  • More than 5 (five) years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development projects;
  • Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferential);
  • Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 2 of the following domains: ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferential);
  • Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferential);
