At U.S. Bank, we're looking for a ServiceNow Information Architect to contribute to our digital transformation journey. As a key member of the Digital Workflow Platform Operations and Engineering team, you'll establish ServiceNow data architecture standards and provide optimal data design recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in ServiceNow
  • Expert Level on Model Management
  • 6+ years of professional hands-on experience with ServiceNow Common Service Data Model, Information Architecture, CMDB design, administration, development, and operation
  • Experience leading the design/implementation of configuration-driven, scalable, reliable services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries
