We're Hiring: Senior ServiceNow ITOM Experts (USA Region) at REDE Consulting LLC, a premier ServiceNow partner delivering enterprise-grade solutions. We're looking for passionate and experienced ITOM consultants to drive efficiency through automation and visibility.
Requirements
- 8+ years of strong, hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Deep understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB architecture.
- Proven experience integrating with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem systems.
- Strong grasp of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) best practices and CMDB governance.
- Experience in scripting (JavaScript), MID Server configurations, probe/sensor tuning, and flow designer.
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITAM, or IRM/GRC is a bonus.
- Must have ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITOM or equivalent highly preferred).
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and client engagement skills.
- Prior experience working with USA-based clients or in a remote consulting environment is highly desired.
- Knowledge of FinOps and Compliance is good to have.
- Mainline active certification is a must.
