- Hands-on experience in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, Performance Analytics, ITOM, SecOps, etc.)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
