Chartwell is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support their core business systems, particularly Oracle HCM, Yardi, and ServiceNow. The role focuses on driving automation and AI integration, from discovery through delivery. This involves requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and championing future-focused strategies. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and analytical professional with a proactive approach to automation and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record of leading discovery-to-delivery engagements across systems and applications.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing.
• Fluency in English and French (a plus).
• Analytical skills and ability to identify gaps.
