Capco is seeking a Senior SharePoint/O365 Developer to join a Wipro-owned company as part of a global technology consulting firm. The role involves automating provisioning, enforcing policies, and integrating with control planes in SharePoint Online and O365. Requirements

• Develop request/approval/provisioning flows with Power Automate/Logic Apps/Azure Functions.
• Implement site templates and PnP provisioning (policies, sharing boundaries, sensitivity labels).
• Integrate with ServiceNow/JIRA for approvals and audit trails.
• Automate Access Reviews, entitlement packages, and JIT access using Graph API/PowerShell.
• Enforce Conditional Access and sharing policies via configuration baselines.
• Build telemetry and dashboards (KQL/M365 usage) for control health.
• Maintain CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Bitbucket), tests, and release governance, support escalations and RCAs.
• Produce deployment guides and runbooks; deliver KT to operations.
