Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Federal - 2nd Shift

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their team in San Diego, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing the reliability, scalability, and performance of the ServiceNow cloud infrastructure. This is a 2nd shift position with a 10-hour 4-day work week, Wednesday - Saturday, with working shift hours from 3 p.m. - 1 a.m. PT.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with deep knowledge of Linux systems
• 4+ years experience scripting automation at the enterprise level in various languages
• Expert level database skills in administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Expertise in Observability and Monitoring of applications, services, and networks at scale
• Experience with Cloud technologies, preferably Azure
• Senior level networking skills, IP addressing and routing
• Team-first attitude and an uncompromising attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
