Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience of ServiceNow application development experience
  • Demonstrated and notable experience supporting clients within the Telecommunications Industry
  • Experience and understanding of ServiceNow product areas like TNI, TSM, TMT, and more
  • Solid understanding of core object-oriented programming with hands-on experience developing for or customizing the ServiceNow platform
  • Working knowledge of relational databases
  • Passion in engineering science and technology
  • Strong relationship management skills, and ability to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) required
  • ServiceNow Certified Suite Implementation (CIS) in 2+ product areas, preferably TNI, TSM required
