Senior Software Engineer - Security Center

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Security Center team. The role involves building, maintaining, and improving ServiceNow's security infrastructure, integrating AI capabilities, and mentoring junior developers. The team focuses on understanding and mitigating security risks for customers, working closely with product owners and designers to refine project scope and delivering intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or 3+ years with a Master's degree
• Strong proficiency in Java or similar object-oriented languages
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance optimization
• Strong analytical and design skills
• Experience mentoring engineers and supporting production systems
