The team focuses on providing customer awareness of their ServiceNow platform's security and tools for remediation. This role involves building scalable, clean, and reusable code, collaborating with other teams, and exploring AI capabilities to enhance ServiceNow's offerings. They are seeking a motivated individual with experience in software engineering, JavaScript, and a track record of successfully supporting production systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree
- Strong proficiency in Java or similar object-oriented languages
- Experience developing applications in JavaScript
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Strong analytical and design skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and supporting production systems
