Senior Software Engineer - UI

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Global Cloud Services organization. This role focuses on building AI-enhanced cloud Observability tools using an AI-assisted design and development platform. The position involves the full software development lifecycle from prototyping to deployment, and requires 90% UI and 10% backend development time.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• 1+ years of integrating Copliot/windsurf or equivalent
• 5+ software development experience + reviews risks
• Deep knowledge of UX principles and ability to apply them to autonomous AI agents
• Strong knowledge of JavScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, REST, and related frameworks
• Passion for evaluating root causes with LLMs and problem solving
• Strong skills in Java and related frameworks
• Strong skills in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud-native deployments
• Strong in query language - SQL, Prometheus Query Language
