Senior Software Engineer- Gen AI

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for building high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code, collaborating with other teams to integrate AI solutions, and working with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own code from design to delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience working with one or more LLMs
• Experience with indexing and searching data
• Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
• Analytical and design skills
