Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the design and enhancement of Performance Analytics at ServiceNow. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work with large-scale data systems, optimize performance analytics pipelines, and ensure data integrity for time-series analysis and business intelligence capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in Java, Javascript or similar object-oriented languages
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and time-series data management
• Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and automation tasks
• Exposure to ETL frameworks, CDC techniques, or analytics platforms such as ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
• Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architectures is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Exposure to front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is a plus
