Senior Software Engineer

Chubb is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Hyderabad team. The role involves managing and supporting the implementation of a new Document solution for applications within the ServiceNow landscape (specifically with the CCM). This involves working with multiple existing applications to migrate to a new Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform using tools like Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and Databricks. The role focuses on troubleshooting, development, and maintenance of production support systems and will require strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production support roles for enterprise-level applications.
• Experience with Python/PySpark, Databricks, Java, Angular, and other technologies.
• Knowledge of data orchestration tools such as Autosys, Airflow, and Databricks Workflow.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Synapse etc.).
