Requirements
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, Go, or similar
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency with APIs
- Understanding of ITIL and ITSM disciplines
